Oliver Smith is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm's Corporate Department.

Oliver advises private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, private companies, and venture capital investors on a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including buyouts, carve-outs, add-on acquisitions, sponsor-to-sponsor sales, management incentivization arrangements, growth equity investments, and emerging company fundraisings. He has particular experience advising clients in the technology, business services, and consumer sectors.

Prior to joining Latham, Oliver was an associate in the private equity group of an international law firm.
