Ohana-Mei Naidu is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins.

Ohana represents sponsors, corporate borrowers, banks, private credit lenders, and other financial institutions on leveraged finance transactions and corporate financing matters. Ohana is the Co-Leader of the London office’s Asian & Middle Eastern Lawyers Group.

Ohana’s experience includes advising:

  • Biffa, a leading UK-based industrial waste services company owned by Energy Capital Partners, on the debut issuance of £830 million-equivalent senior secured notes to refinance existing indebtedness and the concurrent establishment of a £300 million revolving credit facility
