Latham & Watkins Advises on La Doria’s New €50 Million Notes Issuance
Latham & Watkins has advised the placement agent in connection with the private placement of €50 million aggregate principal amount of senior secured floating rate notes due 2030 issued by La Doria S.p.A., an Investindustrial portfolio company and a leading European supplier of Italian shelf-stable private label products, including tomatoes, ready-to-use sauces, and canned pulses. A separate Latham team has represented the institutional investors on the private placement.
The proceeds of the offering, together with cash on balance sheet, will be used to finance the acquisition of Solana Società Agricola S.p.A. and to pay related fees and expenses.
Latham & Watkins advised the placement agent with a team led by partner Jeff Lawlis with associate Chiara Coppotelli.
