Nolan Dallara is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins. Prior to joining the firm full-time, Nolan was a summer associate in the Chicago office and an intern with the SEC Enforcement Division.
Nolan earned his JD and MBA from Duke Law School and the Fuqua School of Business. While in law school, he held leadership roles in the Business Law Society and Law & Economics Society.
Prior to graduate school, Nolan earned his BA in Economics from Northwestern University. Following undergrad, Nolan worked in economic consulting. In that role, he supported expert economic testimony, primarily in matters involving valuation and antitrust.
