Nicole Nour is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins, a member of the Data & Technology Transactions Practice, and a member of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee.

Ms. Nour advises clients on a wide range of technology and intellectual property matters across a number of industries, including software, digital and social media, blockchain & digital assets, entertainment, video games, and virtual and augmented reality.

Her transactional work includes advising on the technology and intellectual property aspects of:

  • Commercial contracts
  • Licensing agreements involving technology, software, or content
  • Video game development and publishing agreements
  • Customer and end-user arrangements
  • Licensing and other commercial issues surrounding non-fungible tokens

Ms. Nour is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and regularly advises clients on data privacy matters, including privacy policies and other compliance obligations under United States data privacy laws.
