Nicole Goldman is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Finance Department and Project Development & Finance Practice.

Ms. Goldman’s practice focuses on the representation of a variety of financial institutions, private equity firms, strategic sponsors, and developers in connection with project financings, acquisition financings, and other energy and infrastructure-related secured lending transactions.

Ms. Goldman’s experience includes representation of:

  • ArcLight Capital LLC in the holdco financing of a portfolio of 13 hydroelectric facilities totaling 976-MW, located in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Vermont
  • AMP Capital as lender in the holdco financing of the Guernsey power project
  • LS Power in a Term Loan B financing in connection with 744 megawatt combined-cycle natural gas-fired power generation facility in West Deptford, New Jersey
  • A financial institution in the financing of a sponsor’s investment in a midstream oil and gas company in Alberta, Canada
  • The lead arrangers in a US$247 million financing in connection with a 600-MW natural gas-fired power generation facility in San Diego County, California
  • The note purchasers in connection with a 4(a)(2) private placement related to a project financing of a liquefied natural gas company located in Australia
  • Lenders in connection with a refinancing a portfolio of wind projects located in Colorado and Wyoming
  • Orion Energy in connection with a senior secured loan to MidCentral Energy Partners
  • Represent Steel River Infrastructure Fund North America and its affiliates in connection with various proposed acquisitions and financing matters*
  • Various tax equity investors in partnership-flip financings of wind and solar projects*
