Latham & Watkins Advises Terra-Gen on US$383.3 Million Project Financing for Lockhart III & IV Solar Project

Terra-Gen, one of the largest independent, integrated renewable energy producers in the United States, jointly owned by Igneo Infrastructure Partners and Masdar, has announced it has successfully closed project financing for the construction of the Lockhart III & IV solar project in San Bernardino County, California.

Latham & Watkins LLP advised Terra-Gen in the transaction with a project finance team led by New York partners Warren Lilien and Cameron Lyons, with associates Claire Bang, Nicole Goldman, Emma Green, and Henry Miller, with assistance from Eric Jjemba. Advice was also provided on tax matters by New York partners Eli Katz and Eric Kamerman, with associate Jacob Nagelberg; and finance matters by New York partner Carlos Alvarez, with associate Jim Lambert.
