Niamh Nic Uileagóid is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Structured Finance and Securitization Practice.
Ms. Nic Uileagóid advises banks, asset managers, and corporations on public and private structured finance and securitization transactions across a wide range of asset classes, including SME and consumer loans, auto loans, trade receivables, music rights, and residential and commercial mortgages.
Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Nic Uileagóid was an associate in the London office of an international law firm. She trained and qualified in a leading Irish law firm.
