    Ngoc Pham Hulbig helps clients navigate complex antitrust issues related to premerger notification for global transactions, investments, and joint ventures.

    Ngoc has significant experience advising market-leading global companies on:

    • Day-to-day antitrust counseling
    • Transaction due diligence and integration planning
    • Interlocking directorates

    She provides pragmatic, business-focused advice that allows companies to make strategic decisions while ensuring they mitigate risk. She regularly guides clients through a host of competition issues, including engagement with competitors, pricing and discount programs, distribution agreements, and competitive intelligence.

    Ngoc has represented clients in a wide range of industries, including: aviation, animal health, automotive, chemicals, credit, energy, financial services, healthcare, insurance, mutual funds, pharmaceuticals, private equity, software, technology, and transportation.

    Before joining Latham, she was a special counsel at another law firm.
