Latham & Watkins Advises dbt Labs in All-Stock Merger With Fivetran

Cross-border team represents the data transformation company in the merger with the automated data movement company.

dbt Labs, the pioneer of modern data transformation, has announced it has signed a definitive agreement to merge in an all-stock deal with Fivetran, the global leader in automated data movement. Following close of the transaction, the combined company will be approaching US$600 million in annual recurring revenue.
