Najwa El Kandoussi is an associate in the Paris office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Antitrust & Competition Practice.
Najwa represents companies before the European Commission and the French Competition Authority in merger control proceedings and coordinates multijurisdictional filings, including foreign direct investment.
She also advises clients on cartel and abuse of dominance investigations, State aid matters, and antitrust litigation.
Prior to joining Latham, Najwa practiced at major international law firms based in Brussels and Paris.
