• Advising Rajhi Steel and Rajhi Invest on a landmark share exchange transaction involving Saudi Iron & Steel Company, SABIC, and the Public Investment Fund, where Hadeed will acquire a 100% shareholding in Rajhi Steel from Rajhi Invest, in exchange for shares in Hadeed*
• Advising Saudi Aramco Base Oil Company (Luberef) on its initial public offering on the Saudi Exchange*
• Advising private companies on the takeover of two privatized sports clubs in Saudi Arabia, covering all aspects of the relevant transactions, including structuring, negotiation, due diligence, and transaction documentation*
• Advising Qassim Cement Company on a share swap transaction, acquiring all of Hail Cement Company’s outstanding shares, valued at approximately SAR1.3 billion*
• Advising companies on their compliance with the new Saudi Arabian Companies Law and implementing required corrective measures*
