    Experience

    Montana’s experience includes advising:

    • ModivCare Inc., a technology-enabled healthcare services company, and its domestic affiliates in their chapter 11 cases in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas and restructuring more than US$1.4 billion of their funded debt
    • Maverick Gaming, a casino and hotel property operator, in its chapter 11 reorganization
    • CareerBuilder + Monster, as chapter 11 debtor in the District of Delaware, addressing more than US$360 million of funded debt (three Section 363 sales)
    • Avon Products, Inc., holding company of the Avon International beauty brand, and its affiliated debtors, in connection with its chapter 11 cases, with approximately US$1.3 billion in funded debt and significant potential mass tort liabilities*
