- CareerBuilder + Monster, as chapter 11 debtor in the District of Delaware, addressing more than US$360 million of funded debt (three Section 363 sales)
- Avon Products, Inc., holding company of the Avon International beauty brand, and its affiliated debtors, in connection with its chapter 11 cases, with approximately US$1.3 billion in funded debt and significant potential mass tort liabilities*
