Mimi Kyprianou is an associate in the Tax Department of Latham & Watkins, and is based in the London office.

Ms. Kyprianou advises on a range of transactional tax and international tax matters, with a primary focus on the tax aspects of finance and corporate transactions, tax-related financing, and multi-jurisdictional tax planning.

Prior to joining Latham in 2021, Ms. Kyprianou was an associate in the tax department of a leading UK law firm.

Ms. Kyprianou’s experience includes advising:

  • Permira on its acquisition of Kedrion Bipharma and Bio Products Laboratory, creating a global player for medicines derived from human blood plasma
