    Michele Stephan is an associate in the Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins’ Frankfurt office.

    Michele advises companies and financial investors primarily on mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions as well as general corporate law matters.

    He studied law at the University of Frankfurt and gained experience working for an international investment bank in Frankfurt and an investment firm in Bad Homburg. Michele spent his legal clerkship at the German Consulate in Mumbai and in the Frankfurt office of another international law firm.
