    Michele Maurice Stephan is an associate in the Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins’ Frankfurt office.

    He advises companies and financial investors primarily on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, as well as general corporate law matters.

    Mr. Stephan studied law at the University of Frankfurt. He gained experience working for an international investment bank in Frankfurt and an investment firm in Bad Homburg. Hes pent his legal clerkship at the German Consulate in Mumbai and in the Frankfurt office of an international law firm.
