Meiran Yin is an associate in the Bay Area offices of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Litigation & Trial Department.

Ms. Yin represents public and private companies in litigation, investigation, regulatory, and transactional matters, especially those related to antitrust and intellectual property. She advises clients in sectors such as technology and healthcare.

Ms. Yin maintains an active pro bono practice, representing individuals seeking asylum and non-profits seeking tax-exempt status.

Ms. Yin is a contributor to the ABA Antitrust Section—Intellectual Property Committee, and a local office leader of the firm’s First Generation Professionals Group. She was also a 2L Diversity Scholar at Latham.

While in law school, Ms. Yin served as a judicial intern to Judge Gary Katzmann at the US Court of International Trade, and a legal intern at Bridgewater Associates. Prior to law school, she worked as a strategy consultant.
