Max Siegel II is a corporate associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Max represents public and private companies, private equity sponsors, and strategic investors in a range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and the investment, acquisition, and sale of professional sports and entertainment assets.

Max currently serves on the board of directors for the Make A Play Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that prepares high-achieving college athletes for professional success at leading companies.

While in law school, Max served as the president of the Student Bar Association, as a student attorney in the Intellectual Property and Information Policy Clinic, as an Institute of International Economic Law Fellow, and as the Membership and Alumni Director of the Georgetown Entertainment & Media Alliance.

Prior to law school, Max played football at the University of Notre Dame.
