Mason Taylor

Mason Taylor is a corporate associate in the Austin office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Taylor represents public and private companies, venture funds, and private equity investors in a range of complex transactions and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture financings, capital markets offerings, and shareholder activism defense.

Mr. Taylor also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing non-profit organizations and indigent clients.
