Mueon Corporation, a semiconductor systems company building a new modular foundation for AI and hyperscale computing, has announced US$65 million raised in a Series A. Maverick Silicon led the financing, with participation from Intel Capital, Geodesic Capital, Oregon Venture Fund, M-Ventures, Wellington Management, IQT, and Defined.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented Maverick Silicon in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by partners John Miller and Haim Zaltzman, with associates Mason Taylor and Samantha McGarvey.
