Mary-Grace Rees is a litigation associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins.
Mary-Grace represents public and private companies in white collar and complex commercial litigation matters.
She maintains an active pro bono practice, representing individuals with disabilities and participating in a variety of pro bono clinics.
Mary-Grace earned her JD from Duke Law School, where she served as a board member for Duke Law’s Mock Trial and Moot Court teams, a staff editor for the Journal of Public Policy and Constitutional Law, and a team lead for the Duke Innocence Project.
During law school, she worked as an MLK Intern with Legal Aid of North Carolina, where she won her first trial representing a survivor of domestic violence. She also worked as a student attorney with the Duke Civil Justice Clinic, where she helped low-income community members remain in their homes.
