Ms. Ortiz de Zárate advises financial institutions, administrators, and managers of real estate assets and private equity funds in national and international transactions.

Ms. Ortiz de Zárate focuses on M&A, joint ventures, and other commercial transactions in the real estate sector, such as acquisitions and sales of NPLs, REOs, and real estate management platforms, as well as debt restructuring, project finance, and acquisitions of real estate assets, including hotel assets, shopping centers, and office buildings.
