Mark Mester has extensive experience in class action litigation and served for three years as Global Co-Chair of the firm’s Consumer Class Action Practice Group.
Mr. Mester has been lead counsel in over 700 consumer class actions over the course of the last 30 years. Mr. Mester is presently Lead Counsel in multidistrict litigation for the NCAA in In re NCAA Student-Athlete Concussion Injury Litigation and In re NCAA Student-Athlete Concussion Injury Litigation-Single Sport / Single School (Football) as well as for Navistar in In re Navistar MaxxForce Engines Marketing, Sales Practices and Products Liability Litigation and In re Fairlife Milk Products Marketing and Sales Practices Litigation. In addition, Mr. Mester is Lead Counsel in pending nationwide TCPA class actions for Western Union and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He has also served as Lead Counsel in nationwide consumer class actions for American Honda, Bass Pro, Electrolux, Costco, Walmart, Whole Foods, Safeway, Apple, Goldman Sachs, CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc., Behr, Reckitt Benckiser and Weyerhaeuser Company.
