Marina Yamashita is an associate in the Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins Gaikokuho Joint Enterprise. She advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, general corporate, and regulatory matters.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Yamashita worked in the Tokyo office of another leading international law firm. She is a member of the Dai-Ni Tokyo Bar Association in Japan.

Ms. Yamashita’s experience includes advising:

  • Various lead managers on international capital markets transactions, including an equity offering and a medium term note program*
