Maria Loudjeva is an associate in the Brussels office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Global Antitrust & Competition Practice.
Maria advises multinational companies on EU competition law with a particular focus on merger control, abuse of dominance, and cartel defense. Maria combines sophisticated economic analysis and her international perspective to efficiently navigate multiple regulatory filing processes for complex deals, including the EU Regulation on Foreign Subsidies (FSR).
Prior to joining Latham, Maria worked as an antitrust associate in the Brussels and London offices of another leading international law firm. She also was a trainee at the Directorate-General for Competition at the European Commission.
