Margarita del Rosario is an associate in the Singapore office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the corporate department. Margarita advises clients on a variety of corporate transactions, including capital markets and Philippines practices.

Prior to joining Latham, she spent time at a major domestic law firm in the Philippines and advised local and international clients on foreign investment law, energy law and regulation, e-commerce regulation, electronic money issuances, cryptocurrency, data privacy, competition law, and corporate law. Responsibilities include drafting legal memoranda and opinions on various commercial regulatory frameworks, due diligence reports, transaction documents and negotiation of deal terms in government and private contract projects, infrastructure projects, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions.
