• The book-running lead managers on JSW Cement’s US$410 million IPO on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE)
• The underwriters on Nexus REIT’s US$391 million IPO listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited
• Citicore Renewable Energy Corporation on its PHP5.3 billion IPO on the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE). This transaction was awarded Best IPO (Philippines) at The Asset Triple A Awards for Sustainable Finance 2025 and Southeast Asia’s Best Mid-Cap Equity Deal of the Year at the Alpha Southeast Asia Best Deal & Solution Awards 2024
• A foreign integrated trading and investment business conglomerate in the conduct of an initial public offering on the PSE where responsibilities include providing guidance on relevant Securities Exchange Commission and Philippine Stock Exchange issuances in respect of registration of securities and listing in the Main Board, respectively *

Debt Capital Markets

• Vinpearl JSC on its issuance of US$150 million 9.5% guaranteed exchangeable bonds due 2029, exchangeable into shares of Vingroup. This transaction was awarded Best Equity-Linked Deal (Vietnam) at The Asset Triple A Awards for Sustainable Finance 2025
• Philippine National Bank on its drawdown of US$300 million 4.85% Senior Notes due 2029 Issued Pursuant to its US$2 billion Medium Term Note Programme. This transaction was awarded Best Sustainability Bond – Financial Institution (Philippines) at The Asset Triple A Awards for Sustainable Finance 2025
• SM Investments Corporation and SM Prime Holdings, Inc. on the establishment of their maiden US$3 billion guaranteed euro medium term note and securities program and the subsequent drawdown of US$500 million 5.375% Guaranteed Senior Unsecured Notes due 2029. This transaction was awarded Best Bond – Corporate (Philippines) at The Asset Triple A Awards for Sustainable Finance 2025, and Philippines Capital Markets Deal of the Year at the IFR Asia Awards 2024
• The lead managers on Biocon Biologics’ US$800 million 6.67% senior secured notes due 2029. This represents the first USD bond issuance by a biopharmaceutical company in Asia Pacific, and the largest debut issuance from a high-yield-rated issuer from India in the past 10 years. This transaction was awarded High Yield Deal of the Year at the IFLR Asia-Pacific Awards 2025, India Best New Bond at The Asset Triple A Awards for Sustainable Finance 2025, and High-Yield Bond of the Year at the IFR Asia Awards 2024
