Dr. Marco Grotenrath represents clients as an experienced trial lawyer in all areas of German and international litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution.

Marco draws on extensive in and out of court experience to advise on a broad spectrum of high-profile disputes and investigations, involving:

White collar disputes and internal investigations

Professional liability and insurance-related disputes
Restructuring litigation

Before joining Latham, Marco worked for international law firms in Germany and Spain. He received his PhD with a thesis on transnational corporate sanctions.
