Madhavi Nambiar

Madhavi Nambiar is a corporate associate in the Austin office of Latham & Watkins.

Madhavi represents public and private companies in a range of complex transactions and corporate matters, including intellectual property, privacy, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets offerings.

Before law school, Madhavi worked as a software consultant in the energy industry and in trust and safety at a social media company.

While in law school, Madhavi served as a research editor on the Duke Law Journal.
