Maddie Merkle

Maddie Merkle is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Merkle represents public and private companies and private equity funds in a variety of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, financings, and fund formations.

Ms. Merkle attended Duke University School of Law, where she served on the executive board of the Business Law Society and was a member of the Women Law Students Association.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Ms. Merkle was a summer associate in the Washington, D.C. office.
