Maddie Bober is an associate in the Tax Department of Latham & Watkins Los Angeles office and a member of the firm’s Executive Compensation, Employment, and Benefits Practice.
Maddie advises public and private companies and represents clients on a broad range of employee benefits and executive compensation matters relating to:
- Mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions
- Structuring and maintaining benefits and compensation plans and arrangements, including equity and other incentive-based compensation
- Public company representation, including preparing proxy materials and securities filings related to executive compensation matters
- Designing and implementing various compensation arrangements for executives and employees including employment, separation, severance, and change-in-control agreements
Prior to joining Latham, Maddie worked in the employee benefits and executive compensation practice at another leading international law firm in New York.
Maddie received their J.D., cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she served as editor-in-chief of the Journal of Law & Social Change. Maddie received their B.A., Phi Beta Kappa, from Emory University.
