Mack Weber is a corporate associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins. Mr. Weber advises public and private companies, including private equity firms and sovereign wealth funds, on domestic and cross-border transactions, including:

  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Joint ventures and strategic acquisitions
  • DeSPACs
  • Reorganizations, restructurings, and general corporate matters

Prior to joining the firm full-time, Mr. Weber was a summer associate in the New York office. He previously served as a judicial intern to Judge Algenon Marbley of the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio.

While attending law school, Mr. Weber was vice president of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society and was an associate editor for the Journal of Business Law. Prior to law school, he worked as an analyst at Jefferies.
