Lydia Kim is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Lydia represents public and private companies, private equity firms, and investment banks in a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and a broad range of complex equity and debt financing transactions. Lydia also maintains an active pro bono practice. 

While in law school, Lydia served as a symposium editor of the Michigan Journal of Law Reform.
