Luis C. Kleine Wortmann is an associate in the Hamburg office of Latham & Watkins. He practices in the Litigation & Trial Department and is a member of the firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation Practice and International Arbitration Practice.

Luis advises and represents clients in litigation before German courts, as well as in national and international arbitration proceedings, especially in corporate litigation.

Prior to joining Latham as an associate, Luis worked as an attorney in a well-known German law firm’s Dispute Resolution Practice in Frankfurt. He obtained his PhD with a thesis on authorization resolutions in stock corporation law.
