Lucy Jenkins is a banking associate in the Finance Department of Latham & Watkins' London office.

Ms. Jenkins advises clients on debt financing and leveraged acquisition finance. Ms. Jenkins represents financial institutions, sponsors, and borrowers in leveraged finance transactions and spent six months on secondment to the firm’s New York office.

Ms. Jenkins’ recent experience includes advising:

  • 888 Holdings plc on the term loans and revolving credit facility in connection with the acquisition of their non-US assets of William Hill, a UK-based company offering gaming, betting, online casino, and poker sites
  • Tullow Oil plc on a US$600 million super senior revolving credit facility, concurrent with the issuance of US$1.8 billion senior secured notes
  • Nordic Capital on the financing for its US$846 million takeover of Advanz Pharma Corp., a multinational pharmaceutical company
  • The mandated lead arrangers on the term loans and revolving credit facility to refinance the existing debt of Liquid Telecommunications
  • The lead arrangers on the term loan and incremental revolving credit facility, concurrent with a €400 million bond offering, in connection with Mercury UK Holdco Limited's acquisition of Setefi Services S.p.A. and Intesa Sanpaolo Card d.o.o., providers of payment processing services
  • Leonard Green & Partners on the financing for the acquisition of Pure Gym, a UK-headquartered gym chain
  • The lead arrangers on the US$921 million equivalent refinancing of the Albéa Beauty Group and the subsequent repricing in connection with PAI Partners’ acquisition of the group
  • The lead arrangers on a revolving credit facility, concurrent with a €2.2 billion senior secured bond offering, for Nexi Capital S.p.A., a special purpose debt vehicle, to refinance existing debt
  • The lead arrangers on a term loan facility in connection with Advent International's acquisition of KN Network Services Holdings Limited, a telecommunications provider
  • Froneri International Limited, an ice cream and frozen confectionery worldwide producer, on the term loans and revolving credit facility to refinance existing debt
  • The mandated lead arrangers on a revolving credit facility, concurrent with a €1.3 billion senior bond offering, in connection with Selecta Group's acquisition of Gruppo Argenta S.p.A, an operator of vending machines
