Loran Radovicka

Loran Radovicka is an associate in the Milan office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Radovicka represents issuers, underwriters, and private equity sponsors in a wide range of debt and equity financings. 

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Radovicka practiced in the New York office of another international law firm and served as Assistant Corporation Counsel in the Municipal Finance Division of the New York City Law Department.
