Linus Witzenhausen is an associate in the Düsseldorf office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Antitrust & Competition Practice.
Linus represents clients before the European Commission (EC) and the Federal Cartel Office (FCO) on all aspects of German and EU competition law.
He advises clients across various industries, including digital markets, technology, and aviation.
Prior to joining Latham as an associate, Linus worked as a legal trainee in the firm’s Antitrust & Competition practice in Düsseldorf and Washington, D.C. and as a research associate in the litigation department of another international law firm in Düsseldorf. He also completed part of his legal traineeship at the German-Danish Chamber of Commerce in Copenhagen.
