Lennart Merlin Werbeck

Dr. Lennart Merlin Werbeck is an associate in the Frankfurt office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department. Mr. Werbeck advises corporations and financial investors on mergers and acquisitions, particularly on private equity transactions.

Prior to joining Latham as an associate, he worked in the Corporate Department of Latham in Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg, and Singapore, first as a research assistant and later as a law clerk, partly in parallel to writing his dissertation.
