Leah Toney

Leah Toney is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins, where she focuses on a broad range of commercial real estate matters.

Leah represents owners, investors, and lenders in connection with financings, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and leasing transactions. Her experience spans a variety of asset classes, including multifamily, office, hospitality, industrial, and mixed-use properties.

While completing her JD at Cornell Law School, Leah served as a note editor of the Cornell International Law Journal.
