Kristen Ierardi

Kristen Ierardi is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Kristen represents public company clients on corporate governance and public reporting and securities matters.

Prior to joining Latham full time, Kristen was a summer associate in the New York office.

Kristen received her JD from the University of Pennsylvania, where she was an articles editor for the Journal of International Law, student body treasurer and president of her class, and a board member of the If/When/How: Lawyering for Reproductive Justice. Upon graduation, Kristen received an Outstanding Pro Bono Service award.
