Khaled Alhuneidi is an associate in the Riyadh office of Latham & Watkins. Khaled’s practice focuses on advising private capital sponsors on fund structuring, establishment, operation, and ongoing regulatory compliance matters across a range of asset classes, including venture capital, private equity, infrastructure, and private credit. 

As a member of the Emerging Companies & Growth Practice, Khaled’s practice has a special focus on advising first-time and emerging fund managers on the structuring and launch of venture capital funds, as well as advising financial technology companies on financial services regulatory matters.

Khaled also advises banks, fund managers, family offices, fintechs, financial market infrastructure providers, and regulators on a wide range of complex regulatory matters; originators, arrangers, and lenders on the regulatory aspects of securitization and derivatives transactions; and institutional investors, including sovereign wealth funds and family offices, on their proprietary investment programs.
