Kevin Zhang is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Zhang primarily advises branded pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies on patent litigation to protect their innovative therapeutic products. His experience includes representing clients in pre-suit investigations and litigation in federal district court.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Zhang served as a law clerk to Judge Kathleen M. O’Malley of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He also worked at an international law firm where he worked on IP litigation matters.

Mr. Zhang received his JD from the George Washington University Law School, where he served as a notes editor for The George Washington Law Review.
