Kelsey Kitchens is an associate in the Boston office of Latham & Watkins.

Kelsey focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate advisory work.

She represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as strategic buyers and sellers, in M&A transactions across a wide range of industry sectors.

In addition to her corporate work, Kelsey's pro bono efforts focus on educational and advocacy initiatives relating to LGTBQ+ and immigration matters.
