Latham & Watkins Advises WestView Capital Partners in Sale of Unified Patents to Anaqua

Anaqua, the leading provider of IP management technology and services, announced its acquisition of Unified Patents, a pioneering provider of IP risk mitigation and intelligence solutions.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented WestView Capital Partners and Unified Patents in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Boston partners Ryan McCarthy and Laki Triantafylidis, with associates Kelsey Kitchens and Alberto Cabrera Rivera.
