Kellye Quirk is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice.
Ms. Quirk advises clients on patent litigation. Ms. Quirk represents both plaintiffs and defendants in actions pending before federal district courts and the International Trade Commission.
Ms. Quirk maintains an active pro bono practice, assisting victims of domestic violence in partnership with the DC Volunteer Lawyers Project.
Ms. Quirk received her JD from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served on the executive board of Virginia Law Women and Virginia Law Veterans. She was also a member of the Appellate Litigation Clinic, where she prepared opening and reply briefs and presented oral arguments on behalf of clients before the Fourth and Sixth Circuits.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Quirk served as a surface warfare officer in the United States Navy. Ms. Quirk also worked as an operations and technology consultant at a major financial institution.
