Kay Han Lee is a finance associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Banking Practice.

Mr. Lee represents investment and commercial banks, private debt funds, and corporate borrowers in a range of domestic and cross-border finance transactions, including leveraged financings and acquisition financings.

Mr. Lee maintains an active pro bono practice, representing individuals seeking asylum, and transgender individuals seeking legal name and sex designation changes in partnership with the Transgender Legal Defense and Education Fund.

While in law school at the National University of Singapore, Mr. Lee served as an assistant editor for the Asian Journal of International Law and was the director of the Student Disciplinary Assistance Scheme.

Mr. Lee also served as a Lieutenant in the Singapore Armed Forces.
