Katie Kaplucha is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department and Emerging Companies & Growth Practice.

Katie advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions and venture capital investments. Prior to joining Latham, Katie trained at and practiced in the corporate department of another international law firm.
