Katie Connelly

Katie Connelly is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins and is a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.

Ms. Connelly advises public and private companies, private equity firms, and venture capital firms in matters relating to:

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Private equity transactions
• Debt investments
• General corporate matters

Ms. Connelly has represented clients in a range of industries, including technology and healthcare.

Prior to law school, Ms. Connelly served as a Teach for America corps member in San Antonio, Texas, teaching first and second grade students.
