Katherine Ko is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
Katherine represents public and private companies, private equity firms, and financial institutions in connection with mergers and acquisitions, public company representation, and capital markets.
As part of her active pro bono practice, Katherine advises artists on transactional legal matters, not-for-profit organizations on entity formation, corporate governance, and intellectual property matters, as well as victims of domestic violence in immigration matters. She currently sits on the junior board of New Alternatives for Children (NAC).
While in law school, Katherine served as the Vice President of the Harvard Association for Law & Business, as the Treasurer of the Harvard Law School Blockchain & Fintech Initiative, as Teaching Fellow of the HLS Transactional Law Workshop, and as an editor of the Harvard Business Law Review.
Prior to joining Latham full-time, Katherine worked at Sotheby’s art auction house in New York.
