Latham & Watkins Advises Hg in Strategic Investment in A-LIGN
A-LIGN, a leading provider of technology-enabled cybersecurity compliance services, announced that it has secured a significant strategic investment from Hg, a leading investor in European and transatlantic software and services businesses. Hg will acquire a majority stake in the company from Warburg Pincus.
