Kate Waterman

Kate Waterman is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Kate represents private equity sponsors and domestic and international borrowers in a wide array of secured and unsecured financings, including leveraged financings, acquisition financings, and first-lien/second-lien financings. 

Prior to joining Latham, she worked as an associate in the finance group of another preeminent international law firm.
