Lincoln International, a leading global investment banking advisory firm specializing in private capital markets, announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire MarshBerry, a premier advisory firm that has been serving the insurance brokerage, insurance distribution, and wealth management sectors for over 40 years. The acquisition closing is subject to standard regulatory approvals.
